Quattro -- Italian for four -- is a contemporary grill, a pizzeria, and 'rosticceria', a rotisserie turning out roast legs of lamb, ribs of beef, pork loins and whole chickens. Artisan pasta is handmade across the street in DePasquale's Bricco Salumeria and Pasta Shop, and bread is baked at Bricco Panneteria. A wood-burning Marra Forni brick oven brought in from Naples, Italy bakes creative pizzas at 900 degrees F.

Quattro, featuring the "greatest hits" from all the other DePasquale restaurants, is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner with a menu featuring small plates called "sfizi" (cravings, with good reason!), roast meat paninis at lunch, pasta dishes, grilled meat and fresh seafood. Stop in soon ... you can't miss Quattro at the corner of Hanover and Parmenter Streets, the four corners of the historic North End.
